Andrew Kent Hulan
(December 2, 1965 – April 23, 2026)
Passed away peacefully, at the Kingston General Hospital on Thursday, 23 April 2026, at the age of 60.
He leaves behind his loving wife Kim, his daughter Alisha, and his granddaughter Grace. He is also survived by his brothers: Thomas, Sean (Linda), Donald (Linda), Godden (Jo), and their families. He was predeceased by his parents, Godden Hulan and Anna (Meaney) Hulan, and his brother Edward (Connie).
Andy walked this earth fiercely, living by his motto: “Actions speak louder than words.” He served in the Canadian Army with distinction for 25 years. He was a soldier and a commanding leader. As always, Andy led the fight.
Andy was a devoted husband and father. He believed in making the moments count. He enjoyed hunting, walking his dogs, and being outdoors. He loved being in the bush and taught others to appreciate it. Born in St. John’s, Andy was a proud Newfoundlander. When once asked where he was from, Andy replied: “I’m from here, a Newfoundlander, a Townie.”
Visitation will be held at Weaver – East, 29 Bay St., Trenton on Saturday May 2nd, 2026 from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:30 PM. Andrew’s funeral will be recorded and available with online condolences at www.weaverfuneralhomes.com. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
