UPDATE FROM OPP:
#Hwy33 remains closed eastbound at County Road 21 and westbound at County Road 7/Church Street in #GreaterNapanee.
Motorists can detour using County Road 7, County Road 8 and County Road 22 as the closure is expected to be lengthy.
Workers at the plant will be allowed to pass though the closure to access the facility.
Other members of the public should avoid the area and use the detour routes in place. Officers are on scene to provide further guidance.

Few details are known about a vehicle in the water in Lennox and Addington County.
On Tuesday evening, OPP closed Highway 33, west of Bath, after there was a vehicle in Lake Ontario.
The roadway was closed around County Road 21, which is at the Lennox Generating Station.
We expect more details later Wednesday.
