Cobourg police are investigating after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Saturday evening.
Police say the pedestrian was crossing the street at King Street West and Fourth Street in Cobourg when they were struck by a vehicle.
The pedestrian was transported to Northumberland Hills Hospital and transferred by ground to a Toronto-area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No charges have been laid at this time, however, the investigation is ongoing.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has dash cam or surveillance footage of the area is asked to call the police at 905-372-6821.
