MILLIGAN, Victoria “Tory” – 87 of Belleville, Ontario… Passed away peacefully at Belleville General Hospital on Friday January 30th, 2026. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 46 years, Leo Edwin Milligan. Proud mother of her daughters Suzette & Deborah (Dave) and grandmother of 4, great grandmother of 6 and great great grandmother of 1. She is survived by her sister Jan. She will be fondly remembered by extended family members and friends. Born May 25th, 1938 in Campbellford, Ontario. Tory is the daughter of the late Robert & Norma Ingram. Tory and Leo retired to Belleville in 1993, they enjoyed traveling to Florida for the winters and spending time with their friends in Kenron Estates playing cards and darts. As per Tory’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation.
