Over $290,000 in illegal contraband and unauthorized items were seized at Collins Bay Institution.
Multiple packages were seized between December 30, 2025 and January 16, 2026.
Items seized included tobacco, marijuana, “shatter” (cannabis concentrate) and other drugs, as well as edged weapons, cell phones and cell phone accessories.
Total value of the items seized is approximately $291,171.
