The City of Quinte West’s Planning Advisory Committee approved a recommendation to council for a Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment for an area north of Frankford at its meeting on Thursday.
The draft plan for Huffman Road would include a residential subdivision that includes 100 lots for single-detached dwellings, 10 blocks for 40 townhouse units, one block for a stormwater management facility, and a new internal road with connections to Huffman Road and Caleb Crescent.
The committee also approved a recommendation for a zoning by-law amendement as part of the plan.
The site has a total lot area of approximately 8.6 hectares, with 119.6 metres of frontage on Huffman Road.
