Correctional Service Canada says an inmate has died at Millhaven Institution’s Regional Treatment Centre.
On November 13, Patrick Tara Pearsall died while in custody of apparent natural causes.
At the time of death, the inmate was 60 years old and had been serving an eight-year and five-month sentence since May 22,
2018.
The inmate’s next of kin have been notified.
As in all cases involving the death of an inmate, the Correctional Service of Canada will review the circumstances.
