October turned out to be a decent month as far as planned new construction in Brighton is concerned.
Thirteen building permits were issued in Brighton with a total construction value of almost $6 million, over $1 million more than in October of last year.
One of the permits was for a mixed-use building valued at $2.5 million dollars.
Another was for a single-family home valued at $1.5.
Year-to-date building permits have been issued with a value of close to $120 million, over twice the value as the same period in 2024.
