On November 2, 2025 at approximately 5 p.m., members of the Kingston Police Patrol Division responded to an apartment complex on Queen Mary Road in response to a report of an individual having been assaulted by a group of people.
Upon arrival, officers located the victim who was suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. As a result of quick police response, officers were able to locate a number of individuals involved in this incident.
Responding officers arrested four individuals – all of whom are believed to be affiliated with an outlaw motorcycle club. On November 3, 2025, three additional individuals of Kingston were arrested in relation to this incident.
In total, seven individuals, ranging from 35 to 62 years of age have been arrested and charged with break and enter, assault, and possession of weapons dangerous to the public peace. The accused parties attended a bail hearing and all seven have been subsequently remanded into custody.
The investigation, which is being conducted with assistance from the Ontario Provincial Police-led Biker Enforcement Unit, is ongoing.
On November 2, 2025 at approximately 7:15 p.m., members of the Kingston Police Patrol Division responded to a residence in the area of Braelorne Place and Pembridge Crescent after receiving a report of a vehicle fire.
Officers located a vehicle in the driveway of the residence which appeared to have been intentionally set on fire. Through the course of investigation, officers determined an incendiary device was used to set the vehicle afire.
Investigators believe that both of these incidents were targeted and are currently looking into the possibility that they are related.
