6:30 am update: all lanes open
Highway 401 westbound is slow going at Napanee.
There was a tractor trailer fire in the area of the Flying J truck stop early Monday night.
At last report just one lane was open to traffic.
Again, traffic could be backed up on Highway 401 westbound at Napanee.
