The 2025 Bay of Quinte football season came to an end this past weekend at Mary Ann Sills Park.
The Centennial Chargers came away with the victory in both the Junior and Senior Bay of Quinte Championship games.
In the junior match-up, the Centennial Chargers returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown and maintained control throughout the game.
The Chargers went on to defeat the Bayside Red Devils 38–7.
As for the senior match-up, it saw both the Chargers and the Eastside Ravens battle it out to make it 8-7 at the half. The Chargers, however, were able to pull away in the second half with a 36–14 win to claim the Senior Bay of Quinte Championship.
Next up for both winning teams is the COSSA Championship.
The junior Centennial Chargers will travel to Holy Cross in Peterborough to face the Holy Cross Hurricanes on Thursday, November 6 at 12 p.m.
Meanwhile, the senior Chargers will host the Holy Cross Hurricanes at Mary Ann Sills Park on Friday, November 7 at 12 p.m.
