The RONA+ Home Sweet Home fundraising campaign has raised $4,082 for Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward-Hastings.
The six-week campaign ran from September 1 to October 12 with barbecues, raffles, and the opportunity to pie a store manager in the face, with the proceeds from the events going towards building safe, affordable homes for local families.
“This is what community looks like,” said Rachel Barber, RONA+ Belleville store manager. “Our team and customers had an absolute blast while supporting an organization that’s making a real difference for local families.”
Proceeds from the Home Sweet Home campaign will directly support Habitat PEH’s ongoing projects, including the Habitat Village development, a 66-unit affordable condominium community in Belleville.
