A Prince Edward County resident has been charged with impaired driving following a single-vehicle collision in City of Kawartha Lakes.
OPP responded to a single-vehicle collision on Monck Road in Somerville Township on Wednesday evening just before 8 p.m.
A vehicle was located on its roof with significant damage.
Nicholas Dean, 27 years old of Prince Edward County, was arrested and charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay at a later date.
Their driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and motor vehicle impounded for seven days.
