Some big dollars were raised for the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation (TMHF) at last weekend’s TMH Stranded in Style – An Evening on Gilligan’s Island Gala.
The event held Saturday at Batawa Community Centre raised $451,401 net in support of the Emerge Stronger campaign for TMH.
TMHF Gala Chairs Michelle Mackay & Tina Furmidge commented, “We are absolutely amazed and deeply grateful to our community for rallying behind TMH’s Stranded in Style Gala. We are thrilled to share, $451,401 net of expenses was raised, which will be invested right into our community, our local hospital. Our heartfelt thanks go out to every donor, sponsor, volunteer, and guest. It is your collective commitment that empowers our hospital, and makes this success possible.”

Funds raised will directly support critical priorities at Trenton Memorial Hospital, including the expansion of the Emergency Department, the purchase of vital medical equipment, and the implementation of the new medical information system.
