A 25-year-old Belleville woman is facing multiple charges in connection with an assault Friday evening.
Belleville police say a woman attended the hospital, accompanied by a support person, and became physically aggressive, spitting at him and throwing a shoe.
The woman was arrested on charges of assault, failure to comply with release order and six counts of failure to comply with probation order.
She was held for a bail hearing.
