Quinte Field Naturalists are holding a tree-planting event on Saturday, October 4.
The organization is calling on volunteers to meet them at Clifford Sonny Belch Park to plant new trees and shrubs along the new toboggan hill.
The event will start at 10 a.m. and continue until everything has been planted.
