Quinte West Fire is kicking off Fire Prevention Week with an open house at Station 1.
The free event will be held on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2p.m.
This year’s annual Fire Prevention Week Open House will include educational activities, fire station tours, emergency vehicle displays, and live equipment demonstrations.
Fire Prevention Week will run from Oct. 5 to Oct. 11.
