An investigation is underway after a barn fire on Tuesday night in Prince Edward County.
Firefighters responded to the fire on County Road 1 near Consecon at 9:30 p.m. and quickly brought the fire under control. The damage was contained to the building of origin.
Nobody was injured by the fire, and no livestock were in the barn. Damage is estimated at $360,000.
The fire is not considered to be suspicious, but the exact cause is still under investigation.
