The Wellington Dukes shut out the Markham Royals 3-0 on Friday night.
Cole Ellis, Sascha Trudel, and Ethan Murray scored for the Dukes. Royden Smith played a perfect game in net for the Dukes, making 29 saves over all three periods.
The Dukes opened scoring late in the first period before taking two more goals in the second. A scoreless third period left the Dukes with the win.
The Dukes are back in action on Friday, hosting the Stouffville Spirit.
