Quinte West OPP have charged a man after two separate incidents.
In the first incident on September 11, police responded to a report of threats at a residence in Trenton.
Thirty-two-year old Kevin Scurry was arrested and charged with three counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, causing a disturbance, and failure to comply with a probation order.
The accused was released from custody, following a bail hearing.
On Saturday, September 13, the accused was arrested a second time. He was charged with two counts of failure to comply with a probation and failure to comply with a release order.
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
