Belleville council has approved a secondary plan for the huge proposed residential-recreational Black Bear Ridge Village project.
The Planning Advisory Committee recently recommended approval.
Meanwhile on Monday Councillor Kathryn Brown again reminded residents that information delivered to resident’s mailboxes recently
contained a lot of “misinformation” about the project.
Brown congratulated city planning staff for its fast reaction.
“They were very quick to respond with a FAQ (frequently asked questions) as well as getting all of the information, the RIGHT information, loaded
up onto the “Get involved dot Belleville dot ca” site. Again “Get involved dot Belleville.ca”.
Black Bear Ridge Village will be decades in the making and if completed could feature over 3,000 residential units of various kinds
