A Belleville man is facing assault and mischief charges.
Police say a woman attended the police station Thursday afternoon reporting that a male attended her residence and damaged her vehicle by reversing into it.
He also allegedly yelled at her and physically assaulted her.
As a result of the investigation, a 36-year-old Belleville man was arrested and charged with:

Assault

Assault with a weapon

Uttering threats

Mischief over $5000
The unidentified accused was released on an undertaking with a court date in October.
