A Belleville man has been charged in connection with a disturbance in Bancroft.
OPP responded to a report of someone brandishing a knife around 8:30 a.m. on Monday.
One person was arrested a short time later.
Thirty-three-year-old Ryan Alexander is charged with two counts each of possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, assault with a weapon and fail to comply with a probation order.
He was held in custody for a bail hearing on Thursday.
