The wildfire burning for over a week in the northern part of Marmora and Lake south of Coe Hill has been doused.
The Ministry of Natural Resources officially announced the fire as being extinguished Monday.
It started August 10 and grew to almost 13 hectares in size.
Marmora and Lake thanked its own fire department and those from Wollaston and Limerick, along with MNR crews.
