Victoria Park hosted a hot Caribbean night Friday as the Belleville Caribbean Festival weekend got underway.
The park was the site of a “Fête en Blanc” from 1 p.m. until 10 p.m. featuring music, dancing, and food put on
by Toronto Carnival.
