Belleville police are asking for the public’s help identifying a male involved in a suspicious incident.
On Friday at approximately 11:45 a.m., a man was seen approaching and speaking with a young girl on Frank Street.
It appeared that the male did not know the child and he quickly left the area.
The child is described as Black, with a thin build, and was wearing a blue shirt.
Officers canvassed the area and are looking to speak with both parties involved.
