UPDATE: OPP report the road has reopened as of 11:38 a.m. No further details on the collision have been released.
Quinte West OPP are advising that County Road 64 is closed between Barcovan Beach Road and Carter Road due to a serious collision involving a cyclist and a vehicle.
It happened just before 7:30 Tuesday morning.
Emergency crews are on scene.
OPP ask motorists to avoid the area and plan alternate routes.
