The 4th Annual Bert Ginn Golf Tournament hosted by Linda Ginn-Oakley was a resounding success this past weekend, held on Saturday, July 12 at Trenton Golf Club. With 15 teams taking part in the event, the community raised $5,000 for the Emerge Stronger Campaign at Trenton Memorial Hospital.
Golfers enjoyed an afternoon on the course, playing a nine-hole scramble that featured a few surprises along the way —including a cheese and wine hole and a rum punch hole. With sunshine, great company, and spirited competition, the tournament delivered a perfect mix of sport and celebration.
“We’re incredibly proud of the turnout and the generosity of our players, sponsors, and volunteers,” said event organizers. “The funds raised will directly support improvements to emergency services at Trenton Memorial Hospital and we’re already looking forward next year’s tournament.”
Now in its fourth year, the Bert Ginn Golf Tournament continues to grow in popularity, bringing the community together to honour Bert Ginn’s legacy while contributing to local healthcare initiatives.
