There are two power outages in Belleville Thursday morning.
The first is a large outage in the northeast corner of Belleville ward, near the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre.
Traffic lights in that area are also affected.
Restoration is anticipated by noon.
The other disruption is in the area of Charlotte and Wellington streets.
