The City of Quinte West is launching its recruitment process to find a new Chief Administrative Officer.
In May, the city used strong mayor powers to remove David Clazie from the role.
Director of Public Works and Environmental Services Chris Angelo has been the city’s interim CAO since Clazie stepped away in December 2024.
In a release, the city says its CAO recruitment process looks to identify candidates with a strong track record in public sector leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement.
