Belleville police are investigating a hit and run that injured a cyclist Thursday evening.
Police, fire and Hastings-Quinte Paramedics responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a cyclist on Sidney Street just north of Bell Boulevard around 7:10 p.m.
The vehicle struck the cyclist as it was exiting a business parking lot and then left the scene.
The cyclist received minor injuries and was treated at the scene by paramedics.
The vehicle is described as a white SUV crossover similar to a Kia or Hyundai and the driver was described as a white male.
