Bancroft OPP have charged one person following reports of harassment.
Police received a complaint of harassing communications in March, where an individual was warned to stop communicating with the victim.
On Tuesday, OPP were told the communication had continued.
As a result, on Wednesday, 54-year-old Trixie Thompson of Quinte West was charged with harassing communications.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on June 3, 2025.
