The Trenton Golden Hawks continue to have their hands full with the Pickering Panthers.
On Tuesday night they rallied from a 2-0 second period deficit to get past Pickering 4-2 to take a 2-1 lead in their best-of-seven OJHL Conference quarter final.
Cooper Matthews, Taeo Artichuk, Matthew Souliere and Devin Mauro into an empty net, scored for Trenton.
Game 4 is Friday night in Pickering.
Raiders double Jets
In Junior C playdowns, the Napanee Raiders scored three goals in the second half of the third period to beat the Amherstview Jets 6-3.
Michael Patrick scored a hat trick and Trent Williams added a pair. Erik MacNiel had three assists.
The Jets still hold a 2-1 series lead and host Game 4 tonight (Wed).
Chiefs take series lead on Huskies
For the second straight game the Lakefield Chiefs scored in overtime to lift them past the Frankford Huskies 4-3.
That gives the Chiefs a 2-1 lead in that best of seven with Game 4 tonight (Wed) in Lakefield.
