Belleville council will be asked to decide on how residents will be able to vote in next year’s municipal election Monday.
Staff is presenting council with two options from which to choose.
One is the same method as was used in the 2022 election which was telephone and internet voting supported by Voter Assistance Centres to help those without computer access.
The second option is internet and telephone voting plus paper ballots and tabulators for advance voting.
The internet telephone without paper ballots is the less expensive option.
Council meets at 4 p.m.
