One person has been arrested and charged after a search warrant was executed.
OPP’s East Region Community Street Crime Unit, with help from the Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit, executed the search warrant at a home on Disraeli Street in Picton.
This took place on January 31, 2025 at around 12:30 p.m.
As a result, one person was arrested, and officers seized a quantity of Canadian currency and two cellphones.
36-year-old Melissa White of Toronto was charged with possession of property obtained by crime – under $5000.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Picton on February 26, 2025.
