Belleville police are investigating the theft of several cell phones from a North Front Street business.
Police say two suspects entered the business just after 7:30 Thursday evening and proceeded to cut the security wires attached to display cellphones.
They ran out of the store with several phones.
Police and nearby security officers searched the area for the suspects but were unable to locate them.
Police are working with the business to obtain a full description of the suspects and any video in the area.
