A freezing rain warning has been issued by Environment Canada for Hastings, Lennox and Addington, Northumberland County.
It is anticipated it will fall late morning to late Monday evening.
Starting as freezing rain, ice pellets and snow, it should turn to drizzle or freezing drizzle this evening.
Only showers are expected for areas near Lake Ontario.
Icy roads are to be planned for Monday in the region.
