The value of construction activity was well up in Prince Edward County last month.
The municipality issued 44 permits with a construction value of $10.7 million in November.
During the same month last year, 41 permits were granted, however, the construction value was only $3.9 million.
There were 13 permits issued for new residential, including secondary suites.
Year to date, 627 permits worth $284.9 million have been issued.
There were 731 permits issued through the end of November 2023 but the construction was only valued at $154.2 million.
