The Wellington Town Hall Expression of Interest Working Group will hold an open house to engage with the public about the future of the town hall building.
The open house will take place on Saturday, December 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Wellington Town Hall.
Visitors will be able to learn more about the history and condition of the building and the Expression of Interest process.
The open house is the first part of public outreach efforts being made by the working group which was formed earlier this year in order to make recommendations to council on the potential future use or sale of the property.
A workshop on the future of the building, where residents can share their ideas and vision for Wellington Town Hall, has also been scheduled. The workshop will take place on February 6.
