A teenager is facing charges of assault and assaulting a peace officer in Northumberland County.
OPP and Emergency Medical Services responded to a report of a dispute at a Hamilton Township residence Monday evening.
One victim sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
The 15-year-old accused left the residence prior to police arrival but was arrested when they returned early Tuesday.
They allegedly spat at police during the arrest.
The accused, who is not being named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was held for bail to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg.
