Numerous charges have been laid following a domestic report in Trent Hills Wednesday afternoon.
Around 4:00 p.m., Northumberland OPP were called to the home where a 20-year-old was charged.
The unnamed man was charged with spousal assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, assault, forcible confinement, and breach of probation.
The suspect has a court date in Cobourg.
