Chief Building Official Rick Jones says the three-unit home, worth 450-thousand dollars, will be built on Ward Drive.
It is one of 22 construction projects worth 1.6-million dollars approved in Brighton in April.
There has been three-and-a-half-million dollars in building activity so far this year, compared to eight-and-a-half-million at this time in 2008.
