A 42 year old Kingston area man is charged with making harassing phone calls to Belleville. A Centre Hastings woman told City Police she’d been recieving phone calls from her ex-boyfriend while visiting a family member in Belleville. The suspect was on Probation from a previous conviction for Criminal Harassment with a condition not to contact her. He called numerous times while she was at the police station as officers listened to the conversation. A warrant will be issued for Breach of Probation, Criminal Harassment, and making Harassing Phone Calls.
