A man who phoned Belleville Police reporting an impaired driver….now faces charges. City Police were called to Catherine Street, at midnight, where a man told police he’d been in an argument with a woman…and, she allegedly took off impaired…in her car. She was stopped and officers discovered she was sober and the complainant was impaired. He’s been charged with Breaching the Peace.
