It’s official. Belleville council has approved rezoning of properties in the east end of the city so that a 38-unit apartment building can be built.
The properties are on Burnham Street at Dundas Street East. When complete, the four-storey apartment building would have 12 units designated as affordable housing and eight barrier-free units.
The properties now hold a house, a semi-detached dwelling and a converted house.
