On January 11, 2022 at 4:30 p.m., Belleville police conducted a traffic stop on Tracey Street. The driver of the motor vehicle was unable to provide any valid insurance for the vehicle. As a result, the owner of the vehicle, a 42-year-old Belleville resident was charged with allowing operation of a motor vehicle on a highway with no current contract of insurance. The owner was given a January 31 court date.
