Improvements to Belleville’s Clarence Bird Park are set to begin on Monday, September 27.
Upgrades will include the addition of a paved, recreational lifestyle trail around the park on Hampton Ridge Drive.
Phases 1 and 2 of the project will consist of the establishment of the gravel trail loop, electrical service installation and infrastructure, parking lot expansion, tree planting and other improvements.
Work is expected to be completed in mid-to-late November.
Access to certain areas of the park, including the playground, may be limited while construction is underway.
