The Belleville Agricultural Society is cancelling the Quinte Exhibition for the second year in a row.
The news was revealed in a letter issued by Agricultural Society President Jamie Chatten this morning.
The 2021 Exhibition was scheduled to take place on the Labour Day weekend in early September but with so much uncertainty still surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors felt the decision was necessary.
Chatten says they are looking forward to presenting the 2022 Quinte Exhibition and celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Belleville Agricultural Society at their new location north of Highway 401 at Highway 37 and Black Diamond Road.
