CHARGES LAID FOLLOWING TRESPASSING COMPLAINT
(QUINTE WEST, ON) – The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a person following a complaint of a person trespassing.
On April 10, 2021, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Quinte West OPP were dispatched to Adrian Court in Trenton in response to an unwanted person inside a residence. Officers arrived and located the individual who was subsequently arrested for trespassing. Officers further located a quantity of suspected morphine following a search of the accused.
James PATRICK, 41 years old of Quinte West has been charged with six counts of failing to comply with a probation order and possession of a schedule I substance – morphine.
The accused was held in custody and was scheduled to appear for bail at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on April 11, 2021.
