MEDIA RELEASE
On April 9, 2021 at 11:06 a.m., emergency crews attended a wooded area on Dundas Street West for a report of a female located without vital signs.
Upon arrival it was confirmed that the 33-year-old female was deceased. The Belleville Police Services Criminal Investigations Division and Forensics’ Identification Unit attended the scene along with the coroner.
This incident has been deemed not criminal in nature and is no longer a police investigation. The death will continue to be investigated by the Coroner’s Office.
